Our flight was delayed hence a late night check in. I called to to inform them of the delay and I had no problem with them rescheduling. We received a warm welcome upon check in. The staff were very pleasant and also helpful during our stay whether or not a request was made. I remembered one morning my husband was waiting for strawberries and Ravi Soni the front office manager went in the kitchen for it himself because he realized that my husband wasn't attended to quickly enough. I also had an issue with money reflecting pending in my account but was quickly and professionally dealt with by the front desk manager. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We booked a one bedroom suite on the 4th floor and had no regrets. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Stores and restaurants are in close proximity.

Perfect location. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Suite was very well set up and comfortable, well designed. Appreciated and used the iron & ironing board. Grateful for dishes, dish soap, tea towels. Although we could hear people in the hallways, once in their rooms all was very quiet. Either design or insulation helped with this a lot!

The staff are accomodating and friendly. Fast action when i need to fix some disfunction inside the bathroom and sink. The food is fine. The room with stove, microwave and fridge was great. The gym is small but it is fine also. The place is situated with some fastfood and easily to find in the map.

Guadalupe

The all environment was so positive starting from reception! Extremely friendly staff. Big room with kitchen! We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Can’t say it has much variety but the quality of food was good for me was enough, for my husband he wanted more )
